Meet Beeker & Micah – A Former Feral “Brother” Duo!
Beeker and Micah’s stories both began with uncertainty, fear, and life outdoors. Today, they’ve blossomed into a sweet, playful pair who have found comfort, confidence, and friendship in each other — and now they’re looking for a forever home together.
Beeker came to us as a very shy kitten who was originally thought to be best suited for a barn home. Beeker remained unsure of people and preferred the company of other cats. With patience, time, and lots of treats, Beeker has made incredible progress. The once timid kitten is now a playful, goofy boy who enjoys pets and has even started asking for attention — pawing at your leg or hopping into your lap when he wants love!
Micah’s journey was similar. Trapped from a colony after the caretaker moved away, he arrived scared, hissing, and completely untouchable. For months he kept his distance, until one day something changed — he started kneading his paws when people approached. Soon came the purring, headbutts, and a gentle affection that has made him a favorite among volunteers. Micah is a sweet, romantic boy who loves pets, treats, and watching the world go by from a sunny window.
Along the way, Beeker and Micah found each other — brothers . The two formed a special bond and have become best friends — playmates, bird-watching buddies, and partners in zoomies. Their friendship helped them both grow in confidence, and they continue to bring out the best in each other.
Beeker and Micah are proof that patience, love, and friendship can transform even the most uncertain beginnings. These brothers by choice are ready to continue their journey together in a forever home.
If you’re looking for a pair of deserving, entertaining, and affectionate companions, this former feral duo might be the perfect addition to your family.
